3rd departure, October 15 2023, still from the family village square in Lembeye. This time there’s no time limit. I’m embarking on this journey in the company of Baptiste, alias the Viking adventurer, and on a new motorcycle christened Lady Pink: a 2007 BMX X Challenge. But I don’t rule out the possibility of migrating to a 4X4 in time.
The aim of the first part of this new journey is to cross Africa again, and then to cover the southern part of this fabulous continent.
